In the first place however, I should be
grateful for the comments of the D.G.C.A. on the accounting questions.

No: 3150/67.
Mr. BRYANT.
I have not yet heard from Mr. Worlledge about his discussion of this matter during his recent visit to Hong Kong.
2. Subject to any comments which he may wish to make on his return, I agree with you that the proposed arrangements outlined in (35) appear to be satisfactory.
3.
I assume that the Statement of Account to be rendered by the Hong Kong University will be in such a form as to distinguish it from the rest of the accounts of the University, and will clearly show receipts from the two United Kingdom sources, and expenditure on the overall plan to be met the refrom.
4.
May I please have two copies of any reply that is sent to (35)?
D.D.G.C.A. 4.12.50.
